Digital Integrated Processes and Decisions System (DIPDS)

The aim of DIPDS project is to develop an integrated web based information system that formulates, monitors and executes processes into organizations, manages electronic documents, mines and analyzes the produced data in order to discover potential administrative weaknesses and propose sophisticated rearrangements that can improve the organization quality of service.

The implemented system is based on open source code and is compliant with BPMN 2.0 standard. The use of BPMN 2.0 by DIPDS enables user to model and execute organization procedures with an easy way while at the same time it records all the executed procedures. Based on the aforementioned framework and the produced data we are going to expand the implemented prototype with more sophisticated and client optimized tools such as visualization of the produced results and process optimization.
