Quick flue gas checks are of interest for all industrial burners. The new testo 300M-I/ XL-I flue gas analyser combines the accuracy and efficiency of large measuring systems with easy operating and low purchasing and maintenance costs. It is the ideal partner for adjusting burners, emission checks and checking the atmosphere in the production process.

 

All in one instrument:

  • Measures °C, O2 , CO

The testo 300 M/XL-I, flue gas analyser is equipped with an O2 and CO measuring cell as standard. The analyser can also be equipped or upgraded with NOor SO2 measurement. The measuring cells are changed on location without cal gas. One interesting option is the integrated differential pressure measurement function. Differential pressures can also be carried out parallel to flue gas analysis. If a Pitot tube is used, the analyser displays gas velocity, volume flow and mass flows for CO, NO/SO2. Any type of Pitot tube can be connected; the respective Pitot tube factor must be entered.
